The app is used by field technicians employed by FREEDOM FM (ACT) PTY LIMITED (Freedom FM) only.
The login credentials to the app are provided to them by Freedom FM.
The app is used by field technicians to receive job orders, coordinate the joband report back on progress and completion.Bottom menu bar1.
Job List – The user can view jobs allocated.
New jobs can be Accepted or Rejected.
Job details can be viewed by selecting ‘Go to Job’Side menu bar I.
Job Summary – The user can see details of the allocated job, details of the work order to which the job belongs, and details of other jobs in the same work order.
Users can call the field technicians working on other jobs of the same work order for coordination purposes.

Location – The user can view location details of the site where the job is to be performed.

Contact Tenant – The user can see details of the contact person at the job site.
The ‘Call Tenant’ option initiates a call between the displayed tenant phone number and the phone number the technician is registered at Freedom FM.
The user must select a Response option to indicate the outcome of the call.
IV.
Scheduling – The user can record appointments related to the job, change start and end dates, put the job on hold, or resume the job on hold.
V.
Safety Checks – In order to resume the job, the user has to answer the given safety questions.
The question indicated with a red check box must be ticked to resume.
VI.
On the Job Data – The user should take before and after photos of the job using the App.
A comment on the job can be recorded.
VII.
Schedule of Rates – The user must add the cost items related to the job.
Items can be added by specifying the item, quantity, and location it is used.

Additional Quoted – The user can create a quote for any extra work by providing the work description and adding the cost items.
IX.
Job Completion – The tenant (Site contact) and the user should sign on the screen to complete the job.
A job can be completed only if safety checks answer, before and after photos, schedule of rates, and signatures are captured.2.
Calendar – The user can view his upcoming appointments3.
Reports – The job Summary report shows the users weekly earnings4.
Settings – The user can change the password.
Users can log out from the app.
